Adam is a steady pair of hands who has taken to the role extremely well, so much so that he has moved to our 4/3 pattern instead of banking as he thoroughly enjoys the work. Adam completed all mandatory/required trainings promptly as well as full completion of his Care Certificate well ahead of schedule. Adam has established good working relationships with clients & colleagues. Adam will support the office where he can to cover sickness and leave.

Tracy quietly and confidently gets on with her work. She shows flexibility, adaptability as well as great empathy and compassion to all whom she works with on a daily basis taking time with the newest members of the team to support or explain anything they aren’t sure off. Tracy’s care notes are of a high standard, they are accurate, factual and complete outcomes for each client. Tracy has had no sickness throughout the quarter and has all her training completed and up to date.
