Carer of the Month March 2024

A Huge congratulations to Sabina on being Carer of the month for March 2024!!

Sabina joined the Falcon-Care team in October 2023. Since joining us she has shown true dedication to her role as a Community Care Worker. Sabina always makes sure her training is up to date and goes out of her way for both clients and supporting the office staff. We have received positive feedback from clients and their families about Sabina’s work, one being a clients family member praising Sabina’s determination to attend a visit in poor weather conditions and still being able to carry out the visit as normal and ensuring the client was safe and sound.
