Carer of the Month September 2023

Shagufta has settled really well into her role as Care Worker with Falcon-Care. Shagufta enjoys meeting and working with our diverse range of clients. She is dedicated to developing her knowledge and skills and week on week she is becoming more confident in her role. Shagutfa will help out in covering work and is always there to support the office staff. She has great relationships with the clients, is punctual, reliable & flexible with her work and always ready to adapt new to challenges.
