We know how important it is to allow children and young people to have the opportunity to live good quality lives and receive outstanding care and support with their daily living allowing them to achieve their ambitions. Falcon-Care is dedicated to offering the appropriate help and encouragement in pursuit of this.
Our fully trained care teams and professionals have extensive experience in dealing with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments, working in partnership to create bespoke tailored support plans to meet each individuals needs.
Falcon-Care are approved providers of choice for many local authorities and can provide but not limited to welfare sits, social visits, respite care, community-based activities, shopping, and days out.
Falcon-Care provide long term/short term/emergency care and support visits. These can range from as little as 1 hour a day to 24hrs a day and can consist of a staffing ratio of a minimum of 1:1 or above.
