Lead Coordinating Manager
Hello, my name is Samantha, and I am the Registered Care Manager at Falcon-Care.
I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 19 years, gaining experience across a variety of settings including Domiciliary Care, Complex Care, Residential, and Nursing Care. My career began as a care assistant on an Elderly Mentally Infirm (EMI) Unit, where I supported individuals with advanced dementia alongside qualified mental health nurses. It was a challenging role, but one that gave me a true passion for helping others and a deep sense of fulfilment.
Since then, I have progressed through leadership roles that have allowed me to develop my skills in quality, compliance, and service growth. I hold a QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, and I am currently working towards my Level 7 qualification to further enhance my professional development.
I am passionate about ensuring every individual receives high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs. For me, effective communication, empowering others, and supporting my team are the key ingredients to delivering excellent care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and children, going on country walks, reading, and socialising with friends and family.
I look forward to continuing to grow Falcon-Care’s presence in Preston and Blackburn, building a fantastic team, and providing the highest standards of care to our community.
Hello, I am Andrea, and I have recently progressed to Service Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, I worked as a Supervisor for the Preston branch, and through personal growth and professional development, I was successful in securing a promotion to my current role.
I have over 14 years of experience in Health and Social Care, working across a wide range of settings including residential homes, nursing homes, EMI units, dementia services, and domiciliary care. Throughout my career, I have taken on many roles — from Care Assistant and Senior Carer to Activities Co-ordinator and now Branch Manager — giving me a strong understanding of every aspect of care delivery.
My journey into care began at the age of 15 when I supported my grandmother at home. This early experience shaped my passion for helping others and inspired me to build a career dedicated to supporting those less able than myself. I am committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care, empowering people to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
I currently hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and am working towards my Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management, with a strong focus on learning, growth, and leading my team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Outside of work, I am a proud mum of two boys who keep me busy with their energetic personalities. I am also a big rugby league fan, with one of my sons playing the sport, and I enjoy attending musicals in my spare time.
My goals are to continue expanding my knowledge, complete my Level 5 qualification, and further progress within the care sector here at Falcon-Care while maintaining my commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Hi! My name is Rachel, and I am the Lead Care Coordinating Manager for Falcon-Care.
I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for almost 17 years. I originally started my career as a Care Assistant and, over time, have progressed through a variety of roles that have helped me develop my skills and experience within the sector.

I have been with Falcon-Care for just under a year, and one of the things I enjoy most about working here is the friendly and supportive environment. The team is always willing to help one another, and the same level of care and compassion is shown to our clients every day.
What I enjoy most about my role is meeting people, listening to their life stories, and having the privilege of supporting and caring for them. Every person has a unique journey, and it is rewarding to be able to make a positive difference in their lives.
My goal at Falcon-Care is simple: to help wherever I can, make a meaningful difference, and hopefully put a smile on the faces of the people I support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and making the most of every day. Just do not ask me to sing or dance—I am terrible at both! However, I do make a very good cup of tea.

Hi, my name is Marie.
I have been part of the Falcon-Care team for over three years and have worked in the care sector for more than 10 years. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting people and making a positive difference in their lives.
I thoroughly enjoy caring for my clients and take great pride in ensuring they are happy, comfortable, and well supported. Building strong relationships with the people I care for is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role, and I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Working in care is incredibly fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing to support my clients while helping them live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.
Hello, my name is Cynthia.
One experience that shaped my path into care was supporting an elderly neighbour following a hospital stay. I helped with everyday tasks such as preparing meals and, most importantly, being there to provide companionship and reassurance. That experience showed me how even small acts of kindness and support can bring comfort, dignity, and confidence to someone’s life.
Working at Falcon-Care allows me to turn that inspiration into a reality every day. I am passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care and building trusting relationships with the people I support. I believe that patience, understanding, and empathy are essential in helping individuals feel valued, respected, and cared for.
I focus on adapting my support to meet each person’s individual needs, ensuring they can maintain their independence while enjoying the best possible quality of life. My goal is to make every day meaningful for those I care for and to create a positive and supportive environment where people feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely appreciated.
Hi, my name is Sajid.
I began my career as a Care Assistant in 2021 after caring for my elder brother following his paralysis. Supporting him through that challenging time inspired me to help others maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes.
One of my proudest achievements has been completing my Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, which has helped me develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality, person-centred support. I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and ensuring that every individual I support is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
I enjoy working for Falcon-Care because of the supportive team environment and the shared commitment to delivering outstanding care. Being able to make a real difference to the lives of clients each day is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, watching films, and exploring new places whenever I have the opportunity. I look forward to continuing my journey within the care sector and supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
