Falcon-Care homecare services are fully registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission also known as CQC.

Here at Falcon-Care we offer homecare packages tailored around your needs to make sure you get the best person-centred care maintained around your chosen lifestyle.

Our homecare packages can be as little as a 30min visit a day up to 24hrs a day or live-in care. We can provide care and support to your loved ones to ensure they receive the best quality care.

Dementia care

Dementia is a general term for loss of memory, language, problem-solving and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of Dementia.

Elderly care

Helping elderly people to remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own home is something (company name) feels passionately about. Here at Falcon-Care we understand the difficulties and emotional experiences individuals and their families and friends go through when they are told they or a loved one’s illness is terminal. End of life care also known as palliative care allows your loved one to pass away peacefully in their own home with dignity in the surroundings, they are familiar with and as comfortable as possible.

Respite care

Respite care is planned or emergency temporary care provided to caregivers. Respite programs provide planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families. Respite also provides a positive experience for the person receiving care. The term “short break” is also used to describe respite care. These respite breaks can be both planned or unplanned, depending on circumstances. Typically, this will be done to give your current carer a well-needed break from their duties.

Complex care

Complex care, also known as long-term care or continuing care, is given to patients with significant, continuing healthcare issues such as chronic illness and disabilities that can arise after receiving hospital treatment. These health care issues could include but not limited to brain damage, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, ventilators, Epilepsy, Severe Learning Disabilities and Gastrostomy feed needs such as PEG

Learning/Physical disabilities
