Our aim here at Falcon-Care, is to deliver the highest standard of care and customer service to all our clients and their families or advocates. We are passionate about the quality of care we provide to our clients and our ethos is echoed by our staff through their ongoing hard work and commitment within their roles.

Falcon-Care are experts in the homecare industry and has been delivering high standards of care to the community for over 5 years. We provide experienced carers, nurses, and support workers to care homes as well as our client’s own homes. We work alongside local authorities, Clinical Commissioning groups and the NHS as well as private clients to provide person centred care tailored to our client’s needs. Our rigorous recruitment and selection processes ensure that we only employ devoted care workers who we believe demonstrate the best moral standards and are able to deliver quality care and support to those we care for.

Our staff

Every applicant who wishes to join Falcon-Care must undergo a robust recruitment process which consists of checks including a full advanced DBS check, proof of identity including rights to work, written professional and character references, in depth interview process and induction programme if successful.

We pride ourselves on the extensive training that we provide for all our staff members including specialised training in Dementia Care and End of life and Palliative care. All our staff continue training and development throughout their career with us including but not limited to Mandatory annual updates, Online training, Short Diploma Courses, and long Qualification Diploma courses.

Our aim at Falcon-Care is to deliver high quality care and support to our clients that will enable them to live safely and comfortably, whilst maintaining their dignity and privacy. We strive to improve our clients quality of lives and we do this by providing a range of care services to our clients in the community, we do not restrict the visits we provide as we believe you should have control over your package of care, and this could include pop in visits, block visits or even 24hour live in care.

Better dementia care for a better life

Our experienced care team provides a wide range of skill sets to meet your individual needs including but not limited to:

  • Personal care including washing/dressing/ Showers/Bath and Continence Care
  • Nutrition and Fluid support such as meal preparation, monitoring of intake and output
  • Medication support whether this is prompt or administration
  • Mobility support such as two carers for those that require equipment, Physio exercises and access into the community
  • Household tasks such as light domestic duties including but not limited to cleaning and laundry.
  • Social interaction; companionship, befriending, Access to the community
  • Other services could be shopping support, attending appointments with you, attending groups with you such as Dementia Groups, Social Groups and many more.

During the care planning process, we will assess your individual needs whilst taking in to account your preferred communication and information preferences ensuring you always have accessibility to your support plans. We will then conduct regular review meetings to ensure the services we are providing are appropriate to your needs as we understand people’s needs, goals and wishes change frequently and any changes are recorded in your care plan effectively.
