Here at Falcon-Care we are looking for Care Workers who have kind, compassionate hearts, who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. As a Care Worker you will provide a variety of services to help clients remain independent in their own home.

About the role

your role as a Care Worker would be to build relationships and a bond with your clients to deliver person centred care. This may include tasks such as meal preparation, administration of medication, personal care, getting ready for the day, shopping, housework, escorting the client to appointments or simply having a chat and a cup of tea.

If you have personal experience of caring for a family member, voluntary experience, working in a care setting or experience of interacting with older people then this could be the role for you. Experience is not necessary because full training is provided, both those with experience and those without are equally welcome to join our team.

  • What we can do for you
  • You will have the opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate which we would support you to complete within your first 12 weeks with us and to progress onto nationally recognised qualifications. You will receive support from the team for your ongoing continuous development and support to progress your career amongst our team.

    Falcon-Care are looking for caring and compassionate Care Workers who are able to work:
    Mornings, evenings, nights, weekends. Our shifts start at 7am and finish at 11pm,Night shifts start from 8pm-8am.

    As part of our recruitment process you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

  • Skills and qualities required
  • No previous experience needed as full training will be given.
    Must be available to work alternate weekends
    Dedicated, driven and a positive attitude. Wanting to make a difference in care and use their skill set and experience to help those who need care and support.
    Reliable and honest
    Patient and Caring
    Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    A full driving licence and your own transport is preferred but not essential.
