Training Day

Falcon-Care Blackburn held a two day training day at their offices on 26th & 27th August for new and existing employees.

The first day covered moving and handling training along with safer people handling. The second day covered medication administration including controlled medication training.

All staff must complete this training before being employed by Falcon-Care and must also continue to have refresher training every 12 months.

All the staff enjoyed their training days and can not wait to put into practice what they have learnt.

“Absolutely loved training over the two days. I am new to care but learnt so much, the more experienced staff made me feel at ease and also helped me to understand when I struggled.
