Carer of The Month February 2024!

A huge congratulations to Ranga who has been awarded Carer of the Month for February 2024.

Range has settled well into his role of Care Worker here at Falcon-Care since since starting here in October. Ranga has successfully completed his care certificate and has completed all the relevant mandatory training. Ranga has established a brilliant working relationship with his regular clients and we have received positive feedback for his work from both clients and their family members.

Nothing is ever to much to ask for Ranga, he will always try and support the office staff when he can. Ranga is always ready to learn and develop in his role and completes any training or tasks in a timely manner. Ranga has a very caring and supportive nature and a great team player.
