Carer of the Month January 2024

A huge congratulations to Ruth who has been awarded Carer of the Month for January 2024 here at Falcon-Care.

Since being at Falcon-Care Ruth has completed her Care Certificate, she has settled well into her role and has been praised for her positive can do attitude. Ruth makes sure clients feel safe when she is around and is always ready to learn and adapt new skills. Ruth is always ready to help and support the office staff when she can and is an asset to the team.
