Carer of the Month October 2023

Deanne Wilson is our Carer of the Month for October 2023.

Deanne joined Falcon-Care in July. She joined as Care Co Ordinator and has settled into the role very well. She has a great relationship with both the staff & clients and works in a partnership with them to accommodate the desired times for the clients & meet the staff availability the best she can. Deanne will go out and assist with care visits when needed and maintains strong communication with both the clients and the staff. Nothing it too much to ask and Deanne will always give 110% within her role.
