Hello, my name is Samantha, and I am the Registered Care Manager at Falcon-Care, overseeing our Preston and Blackburn branches.

I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 19 years, gaining experience across a variety of settings including Domiciliary Care, Complex Care, Residential, and Nursing Care. My career began as a care assistant on an Elderly Mentally Infirm (EMI) Unit, where I supported individuals with advanced dementia alongside qualified mental health nurses. It was a challenging role, but one that gave me a true passion for helping others and a deep sense of fulfilment.

Since then, I have progressed through leadership roles that have allowed me to develop my skills in quality, compliance, and service growth. I hold a QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, and I am currently working towards my Level 7 qualification to further enhance my professional development.

I am passionate about ensuring every individual receives high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs. For me, effective communication, empowering others, and supporting my team are the key ingredients to delivering excellent care.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and children, going on country walks, reading, and socialising with friends and family.

I look forward to continuing to grow Falcon-Care’s presence in Preston and Blackburn, building a fantastic team, and providing the highest standards of care to our community.

Hi! My name is Rachel, and I am the care coordinator for Falcon Care Preston.

I have worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for almost 17 years. I have studied both Level 2 and Level 3 in college, which lead me to progress into university to study my (BA) Hons Degree in Community Social Care. I originally started as a carer and overtime have progressed into different roles. In the future, I am hoping to complete my Level 5 in leadership and management to become a Registered Manager for my own branch.

I am looking forward to working with the new Preston branch team at Falcon Care to grow and develop the expansion of the organisation.

Hi my name is Robert and I am the office administrator here at Falcon-Care Preston.

I have over 3 years experience in the care industry and have had experience of running my own business, whilst doing this, the individual was always at the forefront of my mind and helping people to live their best lives is what drives me.

Outside of work I like to keep myself fit and healthy by going to the gym 6 days a week and running on weekends.

I am looking forward to being part of a community that is all about helping  those in need.

Hello, I’m Victoria and I am one of the care supervisors here at Falcon Care Preston.

I have worked in health care for the last 10 years, working a number of roles from Healthcare Assistant, Admin, Co-ordinating and now as a Care Supervisor. Working through these roles has allowed me to gain knowledge and the skills that help me support carers, clients and their families effectively.

I have my level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care and am working towards my level 3. I am looking forward to progressing and growing with Falcon Care.

Outside of work, my partner and I have a son who is our whole world. We spend our weekends going on days out, going for walks and going swimming.

Hello, I’m Sophie, I am based at our Preston branch. I am one of the Care Supervisors and I am excited for this new opportunity at Falcon-care.

I have worked in various roles in Health and Social care, including a care assistant and mentor in the community, which has helped me gain a lot of knowledge and skills that I have brought to my supervisor role at Falcon-Care. I have recently completed my NVQ L2 in Health and Social Care, and I am looking forward to my new challenge and opportunity to progress.

I have 4 children, all girls, they keep me on my toes. Most of my spare time is spent with my family, supporting, and encouraging their hobbies and interests, one of my eldest daughters enjoys her horse riding each week. When I get the chance, I enjoy going to the cinema as I am a big movie fan.

My next goal is to complete my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and continue to grow with Falcon-Care.

I am a dedicated and compassionate carer with 7 years of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. I take great pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that upholds dignity, promotes independence, and enhances overall well-being.

My background includes both nursing home and domiciliary care, which has given me the ability to adapt to different environments and tailor my support to meet individual needs. For the past year, I have been part of Falcon Care, where I have grown in both skills and confidence — thanks in large part to the support and guidance of my manager and supervisor.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, which I expect to complete next month. This qualification has further strengthened my knowledge of best practices and deepened my commitment to ongoing professional development.

Outside of work, I enjoy glass painting and gardening, which give me a creative and relaxing outlet.
